I have been active in the REALTORS® of South Central Kansas association since 2002; having served on several committees and MLS Board of Directors.  I love facilitating Book Clubs to help agents reach their full potential so they have “Raving Fan” clients.  I love mentoring young agents to grow their own businesses with a firm foundation.

 

I  have lived in Kansas for most of my life.  When I am not working with my REALTOR® husband Bud, I enjoy walking, volunteering, Bible Studies, and Life Groups as well as traveling, entertaining in our home, and spending time with family and friends.  We have 5 married children, 20 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren.  Yes, we know how to negotiate 😉

As Buyer Specialists we know how to meet or exceed client expectations by studying Wichita and surrounding areas; we research the properties inside and out.  We answer questions and communicate proactively in person, by phone, text, or email according to a client's preference.  We promise to listen to client's specific needs and ensure the best possible result.

 

As a Listing Specialist, I offer complimentary Home Staging as a trained Staging Professional, so our sellers get maximum home equity.  I also pass on designer discounts with vendors and contractors to keep repairs or updating projects on budget.  We provide a comparative market analysis, plus under contract and active listings; to properly consult our sellers on choosing the best pricing strategy for the current market.  We use a professional photographer when the home is properly staged.

 

I have been in sales and customer service for much of my career (in real estate over 23 years in the Wichita area).  We advise clients on the Market Value of Properties, Area Real Estate Trends, and Market Strategies for each transaction.  We make sure our seller client properties are well exposed with the proper media and our buyers get the most up-to-date information when searching for a home.
